Jutsu List

Bloodline Jutsus Not Available Yet. Jutsu Power Will Never Be Given Out To The Public. If You Want To See Which Jutsu Is Stronger, Figure It Out For Yourself. YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO CREATE YOUR OWN JUTSU. DO NOT EVER POST JUTSU SUGGESTIONS IN THE SUGGESTION PAGE OR JUTSU CREATION. THE JUTSU CREATION PAGE ARE JUTSUS RPERS CAN USE WHEN RPING IN THE RP SECTION. STAY AWAY FROM THAT SECTION UNLESS YOU ARE AN RPER THERE AND YOU ARE GENIN RANK IN THE RPC, NOT THE BROWSER-BASED.

Special Jutsus take 3 hours to train and you lose one regeneration rate for the next three hours. Jutsus cost 90 chakra and stamina to train as well. The first level should be free as I have noticed.

Gasp! Where are the power ratings? Answer: Power Ratings are not public.

When I mean Ryo Per Level, I mean each level it will increase by that much. For example, Fireball. Level 2 costs 75 ryo. Then Level 3 will cost 150 ryo. Level 4 225 ryo, Level 5 300 ryo. Also note the first level is free.

Red = Special Jutsu

Green = Blood Enchanted Eyes Bloodline Jutsu

Blue = Blue Bladed Eyes Bloodline Jutsu

Orange = Ancient Phoenix Bloodline Jutsu

Brown = Basilisk Demon Bloodline Jutsu

Teal = Phantom Reaper Bloodline Jutsu

Purple = Defensive Jutsu (Can only be used ONCE per battle. Any more uses will not increase your defence.)

Idle Sight	Chuunin	50*	Drawing the power of the basilisk within, the user’s eyes turn yellow as he/she stares directly attheopponent. The part of the opponent’s brain that controls sight and hearing is partly paralyzed, as the user attacks with increased speed and power.	1000
Binding Attack	Chuunin	45	Bind the opponent in place rendering unable to move for a short time. At which point you can easily make your attack.	1,000
Breath of Doom	Jounin	150*	By partly transforming the skin of his/her body into that ofa basilisk the user releases an absurd technique, where a chemical substance is spread over a large area. As the user takes a deep breath and releases it, the chemical substance is activated in a reaction that turns into a deadly poison killing all nearby plants in the direction of breath, as well as heavily damaging the opponent, who in addition to getting damaged by the paralyzing poison is attacked by the user.	1000

Phantom Scythe	Chuunin	N/A	Ripping forth the strength of reaper within, the user summons a scythe created from dead bodies burried in the earth below. Although at the tip of losing control, as the evil demon seeks to fulfil its own goals of desctruction and mayhem, the user forcefully swings the scythe at the opponent.	N/A
Phantom Control	Jounin	N/A	Releasing the inner reaper the user transforms his body into something half demon, half man. Out of control, the demon spawns destruction upon everything in the area by lighting objects on fire and slicing things with the phantom scythe. Although ineffective, the user severely damages the opponent by transforming objects into weapons and launching them, turning the ground into flames and using the phantom scythe.	N/A
River Shadow	Jounin	700	You disappear and reappear in random places around your opponent, changing your speed multiple times while swaying right and left as if to catch your opponent in an illusion. You then swiftly strike him in one move with such grace offensive.	3,500
